Return Policy
24-Hour Window Only. Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, no returns or refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
24-Hour Window
Initiate your return within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this period are not eligible.
Original Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with all original tags, packaging and accessories.
Proof of Purchase
Order ID and invoice are required for every return request.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, socks, customized items and clearance products cannot be returned.
How returns work
- Email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and reason.
- Our team verifies eligibility and shares pickup or return instructions.
- Pack the item in original packaging and ship it back.
- Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Payment Policy
Online Payments Only. Due to operational issues, we are currently accepting online payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is temporarily unavailable.
Cards
All major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, RuPay and American Express.
UPI
Pay instantly using any UPI app — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and more.
Net Banking
Direct bank transfers supported through all leading Indian banks.
Security
All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with end-to-end encryption. We do not store any card or banking details on our servers.
Refunds
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. The amount typically reflects in your bank account within an additional 2–5 business days depending on your provider.
Shipping
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order ships.
- We currently ship across India only.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to fulfill your orders and improve your experience — name, contact details, shipping address and order history. We never sell your data to third parties. Payment details are handled exclusively by our payment gateway partners and never stored on our servers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
