RETURN POLICY
We stand by our products. If something isn’t right, here is exactly how returns work at shreemahakal sports.
Important: Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, no returns will be entertained.
Return Conditions
All four conditions below must be met for a return to be approved.
24-Hour Window
Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Original Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Products showing signs of wear will be rejected.
Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns. Without proof of purchase, the return will not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Undergarments, socks, mouthguards, hydration bladders, and final-sale items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
How Returns Work
Follow these steps to return an eligible item.
Initiate a return request within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
Our team will verify your order and confirm eligibility within 12 hours.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Ship the package to the provided return address. Shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Once received and inspected, refund or store credit is processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds & Exchanges
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit of equal value. We do not offer direct exchanges; simply place a new order after receiving your refund or credit.
